What the job is

This is a training opportunity for a Learner in Food and Beverage Services at Wild Coast Sun Casino, which is part of Sun International. The position is based in Port Edward, KwaZulu-Natal, and is a contract role. What you will do

You will work in the Food and Beverage Department, following all specified procedures to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment that enhances excellent guest service. You will assist in various tasks related to food and beverage service, ensuring guests have a positive experience. You may also be required to work in areas designated as smoking zones due to operational needs.

What you need

To apply, you must have a Grade 12 certificate. You should be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. A valid South African ID is required. You must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to stand for long hours. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act, as well as those from specific local areas such as Mbizana, Flagstaff, and others.
