What you will do

You will also act as a liaison between business and product teams to gather and validate customer feedback. Additionally, you will manage project timelines and collaborate with various teams to develop training plans.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate. You need at least 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year in a learning and development role. You should have 2 years of administration experience in a client-focused environment. Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Strong communication, planning, and time management skills are essential.
