What the job is

This is a Sales Graduate position in the Supplier Development Initiative, a 12-month graduate programme sponsored by Rand Refinery. The job is based in Johannesburg East Rand, Gauteng. It is part of a socio-economic development initiative to help unemployed graduates gain work experience in their field of study.

What you will do

You will work in a practical learning environment with a structured development plan. You will receive on-the-job training as part of a customer-focused team. You will get regular feedback from mentors and take part in work-readiness training to improve your skills. The programme is designed to give you real-world experience in sales and supplier development.

What you need

You must have completed Matric. You must also have a National Diploma or Higher Certificate in Chemical Engineering with an overall average of at least 70%. You need to submit a 2-page CV, certified copies of your ID, Matric certificate, academic records, and qualifications. Additionally, you must complete and attach an Excel spreadsheet showing your cumulative aggregate score across all modules studied.
