What the job is

What you will do

You will work as part of a team to assist with quantity surveying tasks. You will help prepare cost estimates, measure quantities, and assist with contract administration. You will also support senior staff in various projects and learn about standard quantity surveying processes. This role will give you exposure to different aspects of the industry.

What you need

You must have a BSc or BTech degree in Quantity Surveying. You should have 0 to 1 year of experience in the field, though practical exposure is helpful but not required. You need basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with software like DimX or WinQS is a plus. You must have a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable car. Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills are important, along with good communication and a willingness to learn.
