What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Casual Sales Consultant at iStore Rosebank Pre-Owned in Johannesburg, Gauteng. iStore is a leading Apple Premium Reseller in Africa, offering expert advice, repairs, and support for Apple products. The company has over 41 stores across Africa, both physical and online.

What you will do

You will work as a Sales Consultant to maximize sales opportunities in the store. Your main tasks will include giving customers hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services. You will approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions, and create memorable experiences. You will also receive full training on all iStore products to help you succeed in the role.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or a National Senior Certificate as a minimum requirement. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage. You should have a passion for Apple products and strong communication skills. Teamwork and excellent customer service are essential for this role.
