What the job is

This is a part-time Sales Consultant position at iStore, a leading Apple Premium Reseller in Africa. The job is based at the iStore Rosebank Pre-Owned store in Johannesburg, Gauteng. iStore specializes in selling Apple products and providing expert advice, repairs, training, and support for all Apple-related needs.

What you will do

You will help customers get hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services. You will approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and present complete solutions. Your role is to create memorable experiences for customers and maximize sales opportunities in the store. You will also receive full training on all iStore products to succeed in the role.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or a National Senior Certificate as a minimum requirement. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage. You should have a passion for and knowledge of Apple products. Strong communication skills and a retail-inclined mindset are essential.
