What the job is

This is a Plumber position at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What you will do

You will perform plumbing maintenance and minor project work in commercial buildings managed by CBRE Excellerate. Your tasks will include installing, repairing, and troubleshooting water supply systems, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and pumps. You will carry out preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure everything works properly. You will also detect leaks, fix drainage blockages, and verify that all work is leak-free before handing it over. Additionally, you will report issues and escalate major problems to your supervisor.

What you need

You must have a trade certificate in plumbing or pipefitting, or an equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing projects and maintenance in the UAE is required. You should have hands-on experience with water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and plumbing fixtures. Knowledge of facilities management and basic reporting systems is preferred. You must also understand safety procedures and follow all health and safety requirements.
