What the job is

This is a Logistics Graduate position offered by Rand Refinery (Pty) Limited, based in JHB East Rand, Gauteng. The role is part of an 18-month Supplier Development Initiative Graduate Programme, designed to give unemployed graduates practical work experience in their field of study.

What you will do

You will work in a structured learning environment with a clear development plan. You will receive on-the-job training as part of a team focused on customer service. You will get regular feedback from mentors to help you improve. You will also take part in work-readiness training and development activities to prepare you for your career.

What you need

You must have completed Matric. You must also have a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma (NQF level 6 or higher) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics, with an overall average of 60%. You need to submit a 2-page CV, certified copies of your ID, Matric certificate, academic records, and qualifications. Additionally, you must include an MS Excel spreadsheet calculating your cumulative aggregate score across all modules and qualifications.
