What the job is

This is a .NET Tech Lead position at iOCO, a company that specializes in modern technology and software solutions. The role is fully remote, meaning you can work from anywhere in South Africa. You will be part of the DevX division, working specifically with Toyota on innovative projects.

What you will do

You will lead a team of software engineers in developing applications using .NET and Angular. You will set coding, testing, and quality standards for the team and work closely with business analysts to ensure smooth workflows. You will manage project timelines, goals, and documentation, as well as support production cutovers and migrations. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve technical problems, participate in Scrum meetings, and provide clear progress reports. You will also mentor team members, review their work, and help them grow their skills.

What you need

You must have at least 7 years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong skills in Angular (version 6 or higher), C#.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server or relational databases are required. You should also have experience with Azure cloud services. A relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience, is necessary.
