What the job is

This is a Partner Relationship Manager position at Confluent, the company behind DebtBusters and JustMoney, based in Pinelands, Cape Town. Confluent helps South Africans manage their finances better. The role is part of the Partnerships Team and involves working closely with strategic partners to ensure mutual success.

What you will do

You will be the main contact for assigned partners, building strong and trusting relationships. You will resolve partner queries and issues quickly and effectively. You will monitor partner performance, manage costs, and report on results to both partners and internal teams. You will identify new opportunities to grow existing partnerships and develop new ones. You will also coordinate the onboarding of new partners with internal teams.

What you need

You need a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably in financial services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data. A basic understanding of technical integrations is a plus.
