What the job is

This is a full-time Store Manager position at PEP Home, located in Polokwane City Centre, Limpopo. PEP is a well-known retail company looking for a leader to manage their store and help it meet business goals. The role is permanent and focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining high store standards.

What you will do

You will lead the store team to increase sales by providing excellent customer service and keeping the store looking its best. You will manage stock to prevent losses by following security and cash handling procedures. You will control costs by running the store efficiently and following company guidelines. You will handle all administrative tasks in the store according to company rules. You will train, coach, and manage the team to ensure they perform well. You will also maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the store.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate and be fluent in English. A degree or diploma in business or retail is a plus. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role. Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office or Google GSuite, are an advantage. You need a passion for retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
