What the job is

This is a Brand Ambassador position at Smollan, a company working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The job is based in the Johannesburg East Rand area in Gauteng. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the company and its clients in the field, focusing on educating small and medium business owners about the services offered by the client.

What you will do

You will be responsible for delivering key performance targets set by the client. This includes educating small and medium business owners about the client’s services. You will also collect high-quality feedback in the form of leads and insights from these interactions. Your role will involve managing activations, handling promotional materials, and submitting reports. Additionally, you will use handheld devices or technology to record data during your field activities.

What you need

To succeed in this role, you must be able to promote and educate small and medium business owners in your assigned area. You should be comfortable capturing insights and leads using the REX system while working in the field. Experience in activation management, collateral management, and reporting is required. You must also be proficient in using handheld technology or devices for data collection and reporting purposes.
