What you will do

You will work closely with business teams to turn marketing strategies into actionable plans for campaigns across digital, print, and social media. You will create and run marketing campaigns with clear messaging, using client research to understand behavior and shape targeted campaigns. You will plan and execute client events, activations, and sponsorships to build brand connections and drive sales. You will also brief agencies, manage media planning and buying, and use digital and social media to engage customers. Additionally, you will analyze campaign data to measure success, adjust strategies as needed, manage marketing budgets, and mentor junior team members.

What you need

You need mid to senior-level experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong skills in campaign management, digital marketing, and data analysis are required. You should be able to collaborate with different teams, understand client insights, and create effective marketing strategies. Experience in media planning, agency management, and event coordination is also important.

What you will get

The salary for this role is between R70,000 and R85,000 per year. It is a 6-month contract position with opportunities to work on impactful marketing projects in a dynamic industry.
