What you will do

You will develop ETL processes, work with tools like Talend, and use Python to manipulate and analyze data. You will also support big data and business intelligence solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data systems run smoothly. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions while staying updated on new technologies.

What you need

You need at least 5 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, with 2 years in big data technologies, ETL processes, and AWS cloud services. Strong skills in Python, AWS services like EMR, EC2, and S3, and tools like PySpark or Hadoop are required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is necessary, and AWS certification is a plus. You should also have a good understanding of data modeling, scalable architecture, and problem-solving.
