What you will do

You will support daily communication and coordination with clients. You will help with promotions, activations, and rolling out projects in stores. You will track performance and prepare reports to show how things are going. You will work closely with teams like Operations, Marketing, and Supply. You will also identify risks, spot gaps, and help close feedback loops to improve processes.

What you need

You need a qualification at NQF level 6 or 7 in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. You should have 0 to 3 years of experience, which can include internships. Retail experience is a plus but not required. You must have strong communication and administrative skills. You should be able to analyze, organize, research, and solve problems. You also need to handle pressure well and follow processes. Computer literacy is essential.
