What the job is

This is a full-time Salesperson position at Bradlows, a retail company under Pepkor Lifestyle. The job is based in Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga. The company is looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join their team and help grow sales by providing excellent customer service.

What you will do

You will sell products to customers and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. You will develop and maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best products for them. You will work to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Your duties will also include handling cash and credit transactions, following company policies, and attracting and retaining customers through effective merchandising.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate (Matric) and at least 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail. You should be a team player, self-motivated, and focused on providing great customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, as well as attention to detail and a good understanding of sales processes. You should also have basic retail knowledge and be confident in your ability to engage with customers.
