What the job is

This is a job for a Financial Controller at Hire Resolve, based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape. The role is for a growing company in the FMCG and Distribution industry. You will work closely with different teams to support business growth and improve financial processes.

What you will do

You will manage the financial administration of the company, including handling debtors and cash flow. You will also automate financial processes to make them more efficient. Additionally, you will work with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to help the business grow. You will be responsible for improving debtor management and ensuring financial discipline across the company.

What you need

You need a qualification in Accounting or Finance. You must have experience in financial control, debtors, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. You should understand debtor ageing, DSO, and debt collection procedures. Experience in improving and automating financial systems is required. You must also be commercially minded and confident in working with Sales and management teams.

What you will get

The salary for this role is R720,000 per year, with a performance incentive based on achieving KPIs. This is a permanent, full-time position. Relocation assistance is considered, but you must be able to start within 30 days of being hired.
