What the job is

This is a position for a New Business Development Consultant at Fidelity CashMaster, a division of Fidelity Services Group. The role is based in Midrand, Gauteng, and involves driving growth by finding new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will report to the National Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in South Africa.

What you will do

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities across the country. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet ambitious targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. You will represent CashMaster at industry events, expos, and client meetings. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients. You will provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy. You will address and resolve client queries promptly and satisfactorily. You will compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports. You will submit customer quotations on time and ensure all supporting documents are complete.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate, and a qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage. You need proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology, retail, or financial services. Experience in device sales will also be beneficial. You must have a track record of achieving sales targets and a strong network to open doors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills are required. You must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport, as well as a willingness to travel.
