What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Casual Sales Consultant at iStore, located in Pavilion, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. iStore is a well-known retailer specializing in Apple products, offering expert advice, repairs, training, and support for all things Apple across Africa. The company is looking for enthusiastic individuals who love technology and enjoy working in retail to join their team.

What you will do

You will help customers experience the latest Apple technology and services firsthand. Your main role will be to approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide complete solutions. You will also create memorable experiences for customers by presenting Apple products effectively. Additionally, you will work to maximize sales opportunities in the store and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or have a National Senior Certificate as this is a minimum requirement. Some sales experience, especially in retail, would be an advantage, but product knowledge can also be helpful. A strong passion for and knowledge of Apple products is essential. You should also have great communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
