What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Sales Consultant at iStore, a leading Apple Premium Reseller in Africa. iStore specializes in selling Apple products and services, offering expert advice, repairs, and support. The job is based at the iStore Pavilion location in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

What you will do

You will help customers experience the latest Apple technology and services firsthand. You will approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest the best solutions. Your role will involve creating memorable experiences for customers and maximizing sales opportunities in the store. You will receive full training on all iStore products to succeed in this role.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or have a National Senior Certificate as a minimum requirement. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage. A passion for Apple products and strong communication skills are essential. You should enjoy working in a team and providing excellent customer service.
