What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Sales Consultant at iStore, located at Pavilion in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. iStore is a well-known retailer specializing in Apple products, offering expert advice, repairs, and support for all things Apple. The company operates over 41 stores across Africa, both physical and online.

What you will do

You will work to maximize sales opportunities in the store by engaging with customers and helping them experience the latest Apple technology and services. You will approach customers proactively to understand their needs and present complete solutions to create memorable shopping experiences. You will also ensure that customers receive hands-on experience with Apple products and services. The company will provide you with all the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this role.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or have a National Senior Certificate as a minimum requirement. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage. You should have a passion for Apple products and strong communication skills. Teamwork and excellent customer service are essential for this role.
