The role focuses on providing market intelligence for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use property developments.

What you will do

You will conduct comparative market analysis across different property sectors and produce detailed insights and recommendations. You will perform gap analysis for proposed developments and create online surveys to gather data. You will analyze survey results and translate them into actionable insights. You will also produce area profiles and property market summaries. Additionally, you will manage research projects from start to finish, present findings, and support client presentations. You will guide junior researchers and ensure all research outputs meet quality standards. You will analyze large datasets, use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and work with property databases such as Lightstone, SAPOA, Rode, and TPN.

What you need

You should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience in market research, particularly in property development, is essential. You need to be able to manage projects independently and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Familiarity with AI tools and property market databases is required. The role is suited for mid to senior-level professionals with a background in marketing, advertising, or information technology.
