What the job is

This is a General Assistant position at The Building Company, also known as BUCO, located in Potchefstroom, North West Province. The role is a permanent job in the retail industry, and the company is looking for one person to fill this position.

What you will do

You will help customers by processing their orders and providing them with the items they need. You will assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles to ensure smooth operations. You will also pack stock items in the yard to keep everything organized. Another part of your job will be cleaning and maintaining the company vehicles to keep them in good condition. You will provide support to both customers and suppliers when they visit or call. Additionally, you will handle tasks in the wash bay, such as cleaning vehicles. Finally, you will be expected to uphold and promote the company’s values and culture in everything you do.

What you need

To qualify for this job, you must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
