This is a job for a Creative Content Producer at Hire Resolve, based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The company is a leading European provider of natural and premium pet nutrition that is opening a new office in Cape Town. The role involves creating and managing visual content for various platforms and materials.

What you will do

You will design and produce high-quality creative assets for social media, email campaigns, packaging, landing pages, and exhibitions. You will work closely with Brand Leads to create email templates and campaign designs. You will also manage the master asset library, ensuring proper naming, organization, and version control. Additionally, you will oversee print production, coordinate with vendors, and manage timelines for exhibitions. You will project manage photography and video shoots, including planning, scheduling, and post-production tasks. You will also mentor a Junior Creative Content Producer and ensure quality control for all design work.

What you need

You need at least 3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production. You must be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Experience with brand asset management, folder structures, and version control is required. Familiarity with photography or video production is a plus. You should also be open to using AI tools for image generation and productivity. A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or equivalent experience is necessary, along with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work.
