What the job is

This is a Senior Sales Consultant position at Incanda, a company under the Wheco Group. The job is based in Polokwane, Limpopo. Incanda specializes in luxury furniture and believes in helping customers create beautiful living spaces. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be part of a high-end retail environment where you will help customers find the perfect furniture and interior solutions.

What you will do

You will provide excellent customer service that matches Incanda’s premium brand standards. You will drive sales by confidently recommending products to customers. You will build strong relationships with clients and offer personalized interior solutions. You will handle quotations, orders, and stock-related tasks accurately. You will also maintain high standards for store presentation and visual merchandising. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in meeting operational, financial, and customer goals.

What you need

You must have strong sales skills with a focus on luxury service. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are required. You need to work well in a team. The minimum requirements include a Grade 12 certificate, at least 1 year of service at Wheco, and previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or furniture retail. Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office, are an advantage.
