What the job is

What you will do

You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. You will create and manage operational reports and dashboards for data visualization. You will identify and fix issues in data reporting systems. You will work with other developers and analysts to improve slow-performing database queries. You will suggest ways to enhance reporting solutions and provide technical support for BI-related problems. You will ensure all BI incidents or service requests are resolved efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

What you need

You must have at least 5 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer. You need hands-on experience in designing, setting up, and troubleshooting BI solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with great attention to detail. A Matric certificate is essential, and additional education or certifications will be beneficial. You should be dynamic, reliable, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.

What you will get

The salary for this role ranges from R420,000 to R480,000 per year, with the potential for a higher offer based on your experience and skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career growth in a leading financial services company.
