What the job is

What you will do

You will analyze and improve business workflows by mapping out current processes and designing better ones. You will create detailed process models using tools like BPMN and lead workshops to gather information from stakeholders. You will identify problems in workflows, find ways to make them more efficient, and design new processes with clear goals and controls. You will also work with technology teams to ensure processes align with systems and support implementation and training.

What you need

You need at least 7 years of experience in process engineering, especially in financial services or banking. You must be skilled in process modeling, using tools like BPMN, and have a strong background in continuous improvement methods like Lean. You should have a relevant degree or diploma in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Good communication, workshop facilitation, and writing skills are also required.
