What the job is

What you will do

You will communicate with clients to ensure they have a positive experience and that their technical issues are resolved. You will maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment. You will follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

What you need

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a technical support or field service role is an advantage. You should have strong problem-solving skills and pay close attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential. You must be willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
