What the job is

This is a job for a Petrol Attendant at Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd, working at the SSK Shop and Fuel Station in Swellendam, Western Cape. What you will do

You will provide friendly and professional service to customers when they buy fuel and other products. You will handle cash, debit card, credit card, and account payments correctly. You will keep track of fuel stock levels, measure fuel amounts accurately, and follow the company’s fuel control rules. You will make sure all safety rules on the forecourt are followed strictly. You will also keep your work area clean, safe, and tidy according to the company’s standards.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate. You need to be fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans, in speaking and writing. You should have experience in handling cash, processing card payments, and managing account transactions. You must know about fuel control measures and fuel station safety rules. You should have good people skills, pay attention to detail, be reliable, and stay accurate even when busy.
