What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Flexi Store Assistant at Spitz, a luxury fashion and footwear retailer under AVI Limited. The job is based at Midtown Mall in Rustenburg CBD, North West. Spitz is known for selling high-end brands like Carvela, Lacoste, and Gianni Chiarini, as well as premium body sprays and accessories.

What you will do

You will work at the cash desk, handling customer payments accurately and ensuring no mistakes in cash control or banking. You will manage daily stock tasks, including counting stock weekly, organizing the storeroom, and pairing shoes to keep inventory correct. You will also help customers by providing excellent service, answering questions about products, and assisting with orders. Additionally, you will support sales by maintaining high standards and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

What you need

You must have completed Matric or Grade 12. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion stores. You need to be passionate about high-end fashion and footwear and enjoy working with customers. You must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are also required.
