What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Flexi Store Assistant at Spitz, a luxury fashion and footwear retailer located in Midtown Mall, Rustenburg CBD. Spitz is part of AVI Limited and offers high-end brands like Carvela, Lacoste, and Nina Roche. The role is ideal for someone who loves fashion and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you will do

You will provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers find the perfect products and ensuring they have a great experience. You will handle cash transactions accurately, follow daily cash control and banking procedures, and manage manual transactions when needed. You will also perform daily stock tasks, assist with customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and keep the storeroom organized. Additionally, you will pair shoes to maintain stock accuracy and uphold the brand’s high standards.

What you need

You must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate. Previous retail experience, especially in luxury or fashion, is preferred, with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience being beneficial. You should have a passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and engaging with customers. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are important. You must also be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours.
