What the job is

This is a permanent position for a CIT (Cash-in-Transit) Driver at Fidelity Services Group, based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The role involves working for Fidelity Cash Solutions, a division that specializes in secure cash transportation and handling. The job is full-time and requires a professional who can handle the responsibilities of cash logistics safely and efficiently.

What you will do

You will be fully responsible for collecting and delivering clients’ money securely. You must report any delays to the Branch Manager immediately. You will also be expected to prevent and report incidents, maintain constant radio contact with controllers, and take action against any suspicious activity to ensure safety.

What you need

You must have a clear criminal record and a valid driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP). You need tactical combat training, a clear credit record, and PSIRA accreditation at least at Grade C. You must have completed firearm training for handguns and rifles, possess a SAPS competency certificate, and hold a CIT Certificate. At least 3 years of experience in CIT driving and crew functions is required. You should also be honest, reliable, assertive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime and travel.
