What the job is

This is a part-time position for a Flexi Store Assistant at The Spitz Group, a luxury retail company. The job is based at Newcastle Mall in KwaZulu-Natal. Spitz sells high-end fashion brands like Carvela, Lacoste, and Nina Roche, as well as premium body sprays and accessories. You will work in a stylish, fast-paced store helping customers and supporting daily operations.

What you will do

You will handle cash desk duties, making sure all transactions are accurate with no mistakes. You will follow daily cash control and banking processes, including manual transactions when needed. You will manage stock by doing daily procedures, weekly stock counts, and keeping the storeroom organized. You will also pair shoes to maintain stock accuracy and assist with customer orders. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and build strong relationships with shoppers.

What you need

You must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion. You need a passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and helping customers. You must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and busy trading hours. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team are also required.
