What the job is

This is a permanent position for a Store Assistant at Spitz, a high-end fashion and footwear retailer. Spitz is part of AVI Limited and is based at Tzaneng Mall in Tzaneen, Limpopo. The company sells luxury brands like Carvela, Gianni Chiarini, Lacoste, Nina Roche, and Tosoni, as well as body sprays and fragrances. You will be part of a team that focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a stylish, well-organized store.

What you will do

You will handle cash desk duties, ensuring all transactions are accurate with no errors. You will manage daily cash control and banking processes, including manual transactions. You will perform stock management tasks, such as daily stock procedures, managing customer orders, and conducting weekly stock counts. You will also pair shoes to maintain display and stock integrity. Additionally, you will provide a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

What you need

You must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail. You need a passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and customer engagement. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You should also be a team player who can build relationships and engage well with customers.
