What the job is

This is a Permanent Store Assistant position at The Spitz Group, a well-known company that sells luxury and stylish footwear and fashion brands like Carvela, Lacoste, and Nina Roche. The job is based at Tzaneng Mall in Tzaneen, Limpopo. You will be part of a team that focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in a premium retail environment.

What you will do

You will handle cash desk duties, making sure all transactions are accurate and there are no mistakes. You will manage daily cash control and banking processes, including manual transactions. You will also take care of stock management, such as processing customer orders, doing weekly stock counts, organizing the storeroom, and pairing shoes to keep displays neat. Additionally, you will provide top-notch customer service by offering expert advice on products, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude.

What you need

You must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate. You should have at least 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail. A passion for high-end fashion, footwear, and engaging with customers is important. You should also have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and be a team player who can build good relationships with customers.
