What you need

You need at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry at a managerial or supervisory level. You must have a relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 6 or 7. A valid Code 8 Driver’s License is required. Strong sales management, decision-making, and communication skills are essential. You should also have problem-solving abilities, computer literacy, business acumen, and leadership skills. Attention to detail, proactive thinking, and negotiation skills are important for this role.
