What the job is

This is a Store Manager position at PEP, located at Lebowakgomo Mall. As the Store Manager, you will lead the store team to achieve business goals, including increasing sales, controlling costs, reducing risks, and maintaining high store standards.

What you will do

You will increase sales by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, attractive store. You will manage stock to prevent losses by following security and cash handling procedures. You will control costs by promoting efficiency in the store. You will handle administrative tasks according to company guidelines. You will also lead, train, and coach the team to improve their performance. Additionally, you will ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate and be fluent in English. A degree or diploma in business or retail is a plus. You should have 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role. Computer skills, especially with Microsoft or Google tools, are beneficial. You must have a passion for retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also be willing to work retail hours.
