What the job is

This is a full-time Area Manager position at Lesaka Technologies, based in Giyani, Limpopo. The role involves overseeing sales, operations, and customer service activities for the company in the assigned area. You will represent Easypay Financial Services with professionalism and ensure all business activities align with company strategies and market trends.

What you will do

You will coordinate sales campaigns and ensure they are relevant to local market conditions. You will manage the operations and sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and improve customer experiences based on feedback. You will also handle business development, maintain security procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, develop talent, and empower employees to meet local objectives. You will be responsible for risk management, regulatory compliance, and updating business processes as needed.

What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Risk, Commerce, or a related field (NQF Level 7). You need 5 to 8 years of experience in retail banking, including management and team leadership roles. Strong problem-solving, customer focus, business acumen, and leadership skills are required. You should also have experience in financial management, strategic planning, and driving sales performance.
