What the job is

This is a job for a General Maintenance, Admin, and Driver at Badger Holdings in George, Western Cape. You will help keep the workplace safe, clean, and well-maintained while also assisting with driving tasks when needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to support a team by fixing, maintaining, and organizing spaces and equipment.

What you will do

You will perform general maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, plumbing, and carpentry. You will keep walkways, parking areas, storerooms, and workspaces clean and safe. You will move furniture, equipment, and other items as required. You will manage tools and materials, track stock, and assist with loading and unloading. You will also drive company vehicles to transport employees, guests, and materials, and maintain accurate vehicle and delivery records.

What you need

You need experience in general maintenance, gardening, or handyman work. You must have a valid South African Code B driver’s license and at least 5 years of driving experience with a good driving record. Basic computer skills and good English communication are required. You should be physically fit, able to work independently, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. A clear criminal record is also necessary.
