What the job is

This is a Food Services Assistant position at Empact Group in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role involves working in food production and customer service while following health and safety rules.

What you will do

You will perform various tasks related to food preparation and production. You will also provide general support for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Additionally, you will ensure all health, safety, and food safety regulations are followed at all times.

What you need

You must have experience working in the hospitality industry. A Matric certificate is required. Customer service experience is a plus. A qualification in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts would be beneficial. You should have basic food preparation knowledge, good communication skills, and take pride in your appearance and hygiene. You must also be passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and customers.
