What the job is

This is a graduate programme for a Human Resources Graduate position at Fraser Alexander (Pty) Ltd., a company based in Gauteng. The programme is designed to train recently qualified graduates and turn them into skilled HR professionals. It offers structured workplace exposure, hands-on experience, mentorship, and training in a global organization.

What you will do

You will work in different areas of HR Management, including recruitment and selection of new employees. You will handle labour relations and disciplinary matters, as well as track HR metrics and create reports. You will also assist with talent management, organisational design, and performance management. Additional tasks include working with HR information systems, coordinating HR projects, updating and implementing HR policies, engaging with stakeholders and customers, conducting HR audits, and participating in HR roadshows.

What you need

You must have a BA or BCom Honours degree in Human Resources Management. No prior work experience is required, but you must not have taken part in any graduate programme before or have work experience in HR. You should be a South African citizen with a valid driver’s licence and be willing to relocate within the country if needed. Key skills include taking initiative, paying attention to detail, communicating well, being eager to learn, having a positive attitude, being adaptable, knowing how to use Microsoft Office, meeting deadlines, and having a passion for HR management.
