What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Commercial Finance Analyst at Aspen Pharma Group, based in Dubai. The role involves supporting financial activities for the Europe and Middle East region, helping the company make smart business decisions through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

What you will do

You will analyze revenue, costs, and profits to guide business decisions. You will assist in creating annual budgets and forecasts, and track performance against these plans. You will prepare clear reports to explain financial results and differences from the budget. You will develop and maintain financial dashboards and tools to improve data visibility. You will monitor expenses and identify ways to save costs. You will ensure financial data is accurate and reliable across the region. You will work closely with finance and commercial teams to provide financial advice. You will support audits and improve finance processes. You will also help with special projects and tasks as needed.

What you need

You need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification like ACCA or CIMA is a plus. You should have 4-5 years of experience in commercial finance, financial controlling, or similar roles, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and BI tools like Power BI is essential, and TM1 experience is a bonus. You should be good at analyzing data, communicating clearly, and working in a team.
