What the job is

Moving Capital Group (MVIA) is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This role is for someone who is proactive, business-focused, and driven by results. You will work to find and hire top-quality candidates for different businesses within the group.

What you will do

You will manage the entire hiring process from start to finish, making sure job openings are clearly defined, candidates are sourced, and positions are filled on time. You will recruit a large number of employees for contact centre sales, client services, and operations while keeping a pool of ready-to-hire candidates. You will also conduct targeted searches and headhunting for specialist, senior management, and executive roles. Additionally, you will build professional networks and talent pipelines, create engaging recruitment content to promote the company’s culture, and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will ensure a positive candidate experience and follow fair and legal hiring practices.

What you need

You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. You should have strong skills in proactive sourcing, networking, and headhunting, as well as a commercial mindset with a focus on targets and measurable results. Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills are required. Experience using LinkedIn and other direct-sourcing platforms is also necessary.
