What the job is

Mango 5 is looking for a Seasonal French Customer Service Representative to join their team at Airport Industria in Cape Town. This role involves working for a leading German fashion brand, helping customers with their orders, questions, and concerns in French and English. You will be part of a team that focuses on providing excellent service and making sure customers have a smooth and positive experience.

What you will do

You will handle customer interactions, including orders, emails, calls, and complaints, and make sure each issue is resolved quickly and effectively. You will reach out to customers to improve their experience and prevent problems before they happen. You will review new orders to spot and fix potential issues, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will turn unhappy customers into happy ones by offering fair and generous solutions. You will also collect customer feedback and share it with the team to help improve products and services.

What you need

You must be fluent in French and have a good understanding of English for internal communication. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus. You should have a strong focus on helping customers, be friendly, patient, and able to handle difficult situations calmly. You need excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also important.

You will receive a market-related basic salary plus commission. The job is a contract position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and some Saturdays on a rotational basis.
