What the job is

LKDA – The Brave Agency, a strategic design and advertising company based in Pretoria, Gauteng, is looking for a Senior Agency Client Service/Account Manager. This role involves working closely with existing and new clients to manage their accounts and ensure their marketing and branding needs are met effectively. The company has been operating successfully for 22 years, serving a range of clients from small businesses to international brands, and prides itself on creative solutions and a collaborative work environment.

What you will do

You will act as the main point of contact between the agency and its clients, meeting with them to understand their goals and requirements. You will develop detailed project briefs, align with creative and strategy teams, and manage all client-related projects from start to finish. This includes preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will also compile weekly status reports, handle artwork approvals, and identify opportunities for business growth. Additionally, you will present work to clients, manage feedback, and ensure projects are billed accurately.

What you need

You must have at least five years of experience in an advertising, design, or branding agency, with a strong background in account and project management. A degree in marketing, account management, branding, or advertising is required. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of creative processes, project management, and digital marketing is essential. Experience with B2B and B2C brands, strategy, and brand management will be an advantage.

What you will get

The salary ranges from R30,000 to R40,000 per month, depending on experience, and is negotiable. Benefits include 21 working days of leave, a quarterly agency bonus, and the option for some remote work. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
