What the job is

This is a Night Shift Pharmacist position at Dis-Chem Group, a well-known pharmaceutical retail company. The job is based at the DC Warehouse in Midrand, Gauteng. Dis-Chem is one of South Africa’s fastest-growing pharmacy chains, with stores across South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia.

What you will do

You will work overnight shifts to manage and dispense medications in the warehouse pharmacy. You will ensure that all prescriptions are accurately filled and that inventory is properly maintained. You will provide expert advice on health, wellness, and pharmaceutical products. You will also assist in keeping records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you need

You must be a qualified pharmacist with a relevant degree and registration with the South African Pharmacy Council. Experience in a retail or warehouse pharmacy setting is required. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts are essential. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and health regulations is also necessary.
