What the job is

This is a role for an Application Support and System Expert Lead at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investments. The job is based in Cairo, Egypt, and focuses on providing support for key business applications used across the Middle East and North Africa. CBRE Excellerate helps corporate clients with facilities management, advisory services, and project management in the region.

What you will do

You will provide functional support and expertise for important business systems, helping users resolve issues and improve system adoption. You will maintain support documents, training materials, and knowledge bases for regional teams. You will also escalate technical problems to IT or vendors with clear details and business impact. Additionally, you will analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements to systems, processes, or training. You will support the adoption of platforms like CAFM, ERP, and reporting tools, coordinate training, and ensure data quality and compliance. You will monitor system usage, help standardize regional processes, and gather user feedback for improvements.

What you need

You need a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business Systems, Operations, Facilities Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field. You must have at least 4 to 7 years of experience in application support, business systems administration, or system implementation. Experience with enterprise applications like CAFM, ERP, procurement, or reporting platforms is required. Strong skills in user support, issue resolution, training, and process compliance are essential. Supporting users across multiple countries is a plus. Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation, systems administration certifications, or experience in facilities management and regional operations. Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
