What the job is

Eskom is looking for three Management Accounting Officers to join their Finance and Management Reporting team in Sunninghill, Gauteng. These are permanent positions focused on providing full management accounting services, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The roles are based at Megawatt Park and are part of the Budgeting and Account Reporting unit.

What you will do

You will compile monthly and quarterly business results and other financial reports. You will perform analysis and provide business support to help with decision-making. You will coordinate the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Group, Division, or Operating Unit. You will also participate in projects and provide administrative support within the Management Reporting team. Additionally, you will assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

What you need

You must have a National Diploma in Finance or Commerce at NQF level 6 with 240 credits. You need at least 3 years of experience in reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting and forecasting. Experience with BI/BW reporting, especially SAP, will be an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills are required, along with the ability to manage time effectively and work in a team.
