What the job is

This is a Ward Hostess position at Empact Group, a company in the food and beverages industry. The job is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work under the Unit Manager to ensure a great experience for customers in a hospitality setting.

What you will do

You will make sure all food and beverage areas are fully stocked and that the working environment is clean and tidy. You will serve food and drinks on time and handle customer requests to ensure they have a positive experience. You will support the Unit Manager in delivering excellent service. You will also help achieve company goals by focusing on operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while following company policies.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and at least two years of experience in a similar role. Experience in hospitality and customer service is required. You should have strong customer service and communication skills, basic math knowledge, and good analytical abilities.
