What you will do

What you need

You must have a Matric or Grade 12 certificate. A diploma or qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field is a plus. You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role. Experience in hair, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or premium retail is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. You should also be comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
